Harvinder is a Law Graduate, Qualified Dispute Resolver and an Accredited Commercial Mediator through CEDR.

After graduating Harvinder worked as a fulltime mediator for Sandwell Mediation Services 2002 - 2004, moving to join the civil law team at Sandwell Trading Standards, and returning to manage Sandwell Mediation Services, then renamed as Central Mediation Services in 2005.

In 2006 Harvinder set up his own mediation firm where he is heavily involved in mediation training and general commercial mediation, with an emphasis on contractual, professional negligence & boundary disputes.

Harvinder treats parties as individuals, his human approach & interpreting skills (he speaks Punjabi, and is able to understand Hindi and Urdu) allow him to build trust quickly, focussing disputants on moving forward, by getting them to explore options for settlement.

His outside interests include boxing, visiting the gym, travelling abroad, playing chess, and reading.
