MDR can provide Technical Support for your computer systems on a "one off" or ongoing basis. Depending on the nature of the requirement, this support can either be at your premises (on-site) or over the internet using a secure VPN connection or by telephone. Time is charged per quarter hour (minimum charge is one quarter hour).
