Many people use headsets so that their hands are free to operate a switchboard, to use a computer keyboard or to handle catalogues. It makes sense therefore for them to use a headset during their telephone training which simulates their workplace situation:

The HEADWAY range allows you to combine telephone skills training with actual job training. Whether its telephone skills, order taking, enquiry line, reservations or help desk work, your trainees can practise their job skills whilst learning telephone techniques. If you set up dummy client files on the computer, trainees can do telephone role-plays at their workstation.

All HEADWAY models are supplied with automatic start/stop audio recorder, control box and all plugs and cables. Monaural or binaural headsets can be specified. Each headset phone also has a deskphone so you can use your HEADWAY as a DUO trainer.

HEADWAY models are mains powered 230v, 110v versions are available and battery power can be supplied to special order.

HEADWAY

The HEADWAY comes with two headsets. This allows the trainee to use a keyboard etc. while the trainer has hands free to take notes.

DOUBLE HEADWAY

As above with four headsets.

HEADWAY PLUS

This flexible option comes with either two headsets and one deskphone or two deskphones and one headset. If you would prefer to have three headsets, ask for the HEADWAY TRIO.

HEADWAY MIXED PAIR Supplied with one deskphone and one headset the HEADWAY MIXED PAIR is ideal for telesales training when one participant plays the role of the customer.

DOUBLE HEADWAY MIXED PAIR As above but has two pairs in one case making it suitable for four people working in pairs.
